Phase 1, Day 1

Woke up, got out of bed, dragged a comb across my head.... Okay, seriously now, I didn't take my thyroid at 6, instead at 7, which means I have to wait an hour to take my nexium, and another 20 minutes to eat after that. I'm waiting to eat now. But hey, I dropped 1 1/2 pounds since yesterday! Even though I was totally following the plan, my calorie intake was 1380. So, let's do this. Off to make breakfast now....
