Today is day 90. Up 2 pounds from the start.
Okay, honestly, I've just forced myself to get through this last month. Which has not been that great. It started with my diet coach telling me that my life is a piece of crap, and went downhill from there.
But I have also been working a full time job, teaching Zumba, organizing a Zumbathon, and dealing with life.
I have already decided I'm going back to Weight Watchers, but I have to wait until October 1st for the new plan year.
So I don't know what to do for this next week. I know I need to come up with a meal plan and a menu and a grocery shopping list.
These new few weeks are going to be crazy insane!
I'm signed up for the Color Run next Saturday. Then I signed up for a Zumba Master Class the same day up in Vancouver. And dinner.
The following weekend, I'm signed up for a Zumba Sentao class in Tacoma, and I'll be gone from 3 am to 11 pm.
Then the next weekend is the Zumbathon!
After the Zumbathon, I start teaching ZumbAtomics again, two times a week. So I will then be teaching 5 times a week. On top of a full time job! I'm reading back through my blog posts, and last year at this time I said maybe I'm trying to do too much. I think that's probably right.
And yet here I am, planning on training on two new forms of Zumba!
