I've run a mile for my Biggest Loser Challenge, and there's an article "yes, you can run" in the June Prevention, which gets you up to running 3 miles in six weeks. I'm going to try it. I found a website to map out a course at walkjogrun.net according to the article. I sure wish I could find someone to run with. It would be a lot more fun if I were doing this WITH someone!
Chase has his state ID card now and a checking account. I need to schedule an appointment with the Disabilities Office, I've got to return a call there.
This coming Wednesday is my one year follow up with the cardiologist. I'm looking forward to what he has to say.
